Solm is a New Zealand startup skincare brand founded on natural, simple ingredients. Starting a new brand or project can feel overwhelming, but I’ve organised our workflow by creating an AI brain that manages daily tasks like checking supplier communication, inventory levels, reviewing and optimising creative briefs, and even supporting social media and email content. I’m continually updating this as it learns more so the four co-founders can spend more time on the important creative and strategic work.
